One big lawn became eight front doors.

Why this card
Massachusetts voters will decide whether cities and towns must allow smaller homes on smaller lots, part of a growing push by states to ease the housing shortage. I picked 2033 because zoning changes take years to turn into finished buildings, but within one decade a single lot could plausibly be filled. The picture shows that future: one big lawn now holds a cluster of small, affordable cottages, and the old house and old tree are still there.
