Why this card
NPR reports an international group of researchers pushing to rigorously study the health benefits of sauna and other heat therapies, bringing scientific legitimacy to an age-old practice. I chose 2038 because a decade-plus of coordinated trials and guideline adoption is enough for heat therapy to become a settled, prescribed treatment rather than folk wisdom. The cutaway sauna merged with glowing heart-and-vessel linework shows the outcome: warmth validated as medicine.
