A student-led protest movement has just ended Aleksandar Vučić's twelve years of populist rule in Serbia, with celebrations in the streets. Ten years is enough time for protest energy to harden into institutions, so the card shows the former protest square turned into a weekly open-air office where officials must sit and answer citizens. The linocut's carved rain and lantern light keep the mood earned rather than triumphant: accountability as a quiet routine, not a rally.
