No one sleeps on the pavement anymore.
Delhi, India · 2034 (8 years ahead) · caregiver housing · warm children's-book art, winter morning
Why this card
NPR reported families of Delhi public-hospital patients sleep on sidewalks for lack of lodging. I chose 2034 because eight years allows a city-wide rest-house building program. The picture shows the outcome as a calm family courtyard with verandas and cots, not the pavement.
