Why this card
Brazil's Congress passed a constitutional amendment capping the work week at 40 hours and banning six-day weeks, a win for Lula that could affect 30 million workers. I chose 2034 because labor culture shift needs a decade to become visible—enough time for gardens, clubs, and family routines to fill the newly guaranteed second day off. The picture shows a community garden on a Saturday, people in free time, not at work—the law didn't mandate more hours, just more time to live.
