Why this card
The reported seed is a US program that sends students on exchange inside their own country so they can build understanding across regional divides. The imagined enabling change is that, within about fourteen years, such swaps grow into an ordinary high-school year, so a generation of alumni starts sending their own children. The scene shows a new local ritual: arrival day at a small-town platform where former exchange students greet their old host families. This is speculation, not a forecast.
