Monsoon week, and the roofs are still paying the bills.

Why this card
Al Jazeera reports that Filipinos are rushing to install rooftop solar as energy costs climb, against Southeast Asia's highest power bills. I chose 2033 because rooftop adoption and local grid rules can change a city's roofs within a few years. The picture shows an ordinary neighbourhood whose roofs have become its power plant, with lights still on in the middle of a monsoon.
